These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products or services from Property Brand Launch. By placing an order or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Property Brand Launch is operated by Allen Le (ABN: 68 829 794 117), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We provide digital education products, coaching services, and community membership for real estate professionals.

2. Our Products and Services

We offer the following:

Brand Launch Blueprint: a digital product delivered via downloadable PDF documents

1-on-1 Content Audit Call: a 45-60 minute video consultation

Done-With-You Coaching Program: a 6-month coaching engagement (see Section 7)

Skool Community Membership: monthly subscription for group coaching and resources

Done-For-You Agency Services: available via Depicted Solutions (separate agreement)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and operating (or intending to operate) a legitimate real estate, buyer's agency, or mortgage broking business in Australia to purchase our services. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Purchasing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method.

Payment plans, where available, are offered at our discretion as a downsell option. Missed payments may result in suspension of service access until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

The Brand Launch Blueprint is delivered digitally via email and/or a link on our thank-you page immediately following purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the email address you provide is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details or spam filters.

6. Content Audit Call

Your 1-on-1 Content Audit Call must be booked within 60 days of purchase. Calls not booked within this window may be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred booking time, subject to availability. Missed calls without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

7. Done-With-You Coaching Program

The Coaching Program is a 6-month engagement. Your specific obligations and our obligations are governed by a separate Coaching Services Agreement, which you will be required to sign before commencing the program.

8. The 1 Million Views Guarantee

The 1 million views in 6 months guarantee applies exclusively to the Done-With-You Coaching Program. The guarantee is subject to all 12 compliance conditions set out in the Coaching Services Agreement. A summary of conditions includes:

Attending a minimum of 90% of scheduled coaching calls

Responding to communications within 48 hours

Completing onboarding within 14 days of program commencement

Implementing feedback within 7 days (with no more than 3 refusals)

Publishing a minimum of 200 videos over the 6-month period

Maintaining a minimum posting frequency of 3 times per week on Instagram and TikTok

Complying with video length and format specifications

Using our vetted video editor

Using the provided scripts and frameworks (maximum 20% deviation)

Meeting minimum filming quality standards

Maintaining public accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Making no changes to your declared niche during the 6-month period

Failure to meet any compliance condition voids the guarantee. Algorithm changes, platform outages, bans, or other circumstances outside our control suspend the guarantee for the duration of the interruption. The guarantee entitles you to continued coaching at no additional charge until the 1 million view milestone is reached; it does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, scripts, templates, and materials provided by Property Brand Launch are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or share our materials with third parties.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of any information you provide to us

Your own business decisions and the outcomes of those decisions

Compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

The content you publish, including accuracy, copyright, and any claims made

Property Brand Launch provides education and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, follower counts beyond what is expressly stated in the guarantee, lead volumes, or business results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

12. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any product or service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to us or other members of our community. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
