This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which Property Brand Launch will provide refunds. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product or service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. This policy does not limit or exclude those rights.

2. Brand Launch Blueprint ($197)

The Brand Launch Blueprint is a digital product. Because it is delivered immediately upon purchase and provides instant access to downloadable content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We will provide a full refund if:

The product was not delivered to you due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours

The product materially fails to match its description as presented on our website

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details.

3. Content Audit Call

The Content Audit Call is included with the Brand Launch Blueprint. It is not a separately refundable item. If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed calls without sufficient notice are forfeited.

4. Done-With-You Coaching Program ($7,000)

The Coaching Program is a premium 6-month service engagement. Given the significant time and resources committed from the outset of each coaching engagement, refunds are not available once the program has commenced.

For the purposes of this policy, the program is considered commenced on the earlier of:

The date of your onboarding call

14 days after your payment is processed

If you choose not to proceed after payment but before commencement, we will refund your payment less a $500 administration fee to cover preparatory work already completed.

5. The 1 Million Views Guarantee

The guarantee provided with the Coaching Program is not a money-back guarantee. It is a service continuation guarantee: if you meet all 12 compliance conditions (detailed in the Coaching Services Agreement and summarised in our Terms of Service) and do not reach 1 million views within 6 months, we will continue providing coaching at no additional charge until the milestone is reached.

The guarantee does not entitle you to a refund of the coaching fee under any circumstances.

6. Skool Community Membership

Skool membership is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If you were charged in error (for example, following a cancellation that was not processed correctly), contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the incorrectly charged amount.

7. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan for the Coaching Program, you remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Cancelling a payment plan does not terminate your payment obligation. Outstanding amounts will be pursued through available legal means if not paid.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where one applies under this policy:

Include your full name, order number or date of purchase, and the product purchased

Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state's consumer affairs office for further guidance.
